Variable replacement {child} in onboarding question asking gender #22

The sentence "Is your {child} a girl or a boy?" needs to be carefully translated https://idems.crowdin.com/editor/3/340/en-es/96?view=comfortable&filter=basic&value=0 because {child} will be replaced post-translation with "boy or girl" in English and "nino o nina" in Spanish. Add a different edit for this string?

If we change post-translation English: {child} --> child Spanish: {child} --> ¿Su hijo es niño o niña?

Otherwise it could be better to change the edit pre-translation and replace "Your Child" with "your child"
