Add response when "Track my progress is selected" and no progress has been made #47

Currently, when users navigate through the menu to "Track my Progress" the flow ends abruptly because there is no overall goal / course progress to track.

When there is only one course loaded into the chatbot, users should receive the message "This feature is available for users who are enrolled in multiple ParentText courses. 😒 Currently, ParentText Mexico offers only 1 course, "Improve my Relationship with my Child". 😃 New courses will be available soon! ✅ I will send a notification when they are available so you can get started and continue your parenting journey!"

Adjusted approach. When only 1 course is available parents receive progress of tips/lessons rather than above message. (e.g. you have completed x out of x lessons in this course!)
