Use Case: In Chihuahua State, there is an existing Parenting Programme that has a defined brand identity that the Ministry has developed and invested in. Rather than deliver 2 different packages (Crianza Con Conciencia+ and their own), they would rather adapt CC+ to match their programme branding and incorporate delivery of the chatbot into their programme services.
To solve this, we need to adapt the user experience such that state selection occurs first, and users receive a custom programme name based on the state they select.
In the current onboarding flow users move:
Welcome message 1 > Welcome message 2 > Consent > Age verification > First Name > Last Name > Gender > Region > State

Eventually, custom asset overrides would be helpful, but this isn't necessary right now. Our budget doesn't allow for the production of additional video assets. We will table the expansion of this feature until additional funds are made available for both product development and content management.
