Spanish translations are not shown when resetting variables

When you enter “REANUDAR” it appears: Variables have been reset / “Las variables han sido reseteadas” --> language is set to English in the reset_onboarding flow
When using “FACENTRENAR” the following appears: Your research ID is 416017 / “Tu número de identificación de persona facilitadora es…” --> check what was done for China

created a wrapper for the flow launched by FACENTRENAR (safeguarding_start_programme) defined in https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1yUzKndclwMurTwBgDTzA5ha7xLjj214oZy10KYtjW4U/edit?gid=2020906605#gid=2020906605 so that language is set to spanish and ID is skipped
