Add new joining triggers #75

3 new enrollment triggers that need to be included. These are used to create user groups for data analysis.

INICIAR Initiates the programme from the scaling efforts (i.e. training of 2,000 SNDIF facilitators remotely)

FAMILIA Initiates the programme for users who enrol through "share with a friend" feature

FORMANDO Initiates programme from the research group beginning in July.

AFECTIVA Initiates programme from the research group, indicates that the user is from Chihuahua, changes programme name.
