Complete high level documentation which details the IDEMS RapidPro chatbot authoring process

Should include detail on the following areas:

1. Spreadsheeting System
    a. Basics of spreadsheet authoring process
        i. Templates
        ii. Data lists
    b. Localised edits
    c. Post translation edits
    d. Ab_testing edits
2. Google docs with sidekick
3. Translations with Crowdin
4. Quality assurance steps
5. Deployment channel customisation
6. Loose word management
7. Content hosted in server
8. GitHub Structure overview
9. Uploading to RapidPro

Should flesh out the general process as shown in the existing process flowcharts

Had some time on a bus today and finished a very rough first draft of this documentation. I am still travelling with a friend for another week, so @fagiothree @istride if you have time to give a read and leave comments this week that would be appreciated.
