Variables for goals may not be set up #98

Variables for goals are set up after intro and NEXT button, so if users don’t press NEXT or type a trigger at that stage variables for the goal are never set up, not even the following day through the campaign, because curr_goal is not empty This only happens when the first goal is fixed because curr_goal is set up before the rest of the variables

moved set up of the variable curr_goal after the first goal/course intro (which was made optional for the crisis version) so that if the NEXT button is not pressed, users will start again from there the following day and variables will be set up then
