The current implementation of flow simulation used by integration tests is very crude and incomplete (traverse_flow in tests/utils.py, taken from https://github.com/geoo89/rapidpro_abtesting). Ideally, we should use the official implementation for this purpose, see https://github.com/nyaruka/goflow
