[] set rules for including peril in data sheet. define entries. use UNDRR hazard taxonomy
[] use higher level categories to group data in initial bar chart (create these in latest data sheet)

Column to be used as primary peril would be 'Primary Peril revised'; original content to be retained, in abstract, where more than one peril included, e.g.

Drill-down from peril group (geophy, hydromet, etc) to primary peril (flood, drought, heat, etc) not yet implemented
