Fix Input Field Inconsistences #93

All input fields must be stylized the same with identical label styles.

As of 4/23/2021, the input fields on the Register and Login screens are still not consistent. Register has labels and no placeholder text while Login has placeholder text and no labels

As of 5/8 the input fields are still inconsistent. Register has labels and no placeholder text while Login has placeholder text and no labels.

Remove all placeholder text but everything must have labels.
