Add PCB design files, split firmware into seperate tinypico and lolind32 folders, add support for additional trill craft boards

Added PCB files for 5th generation T-Stick design and datasheets for components
Split firmware folder into 3 folders (lolinD32-capsense, tinypico-trill, tinypico-5GW-test)
Added support for one additional trill craft board, currently doesn't have full support for puara touch gestures
Now sends raw capsense data without discretization for trill board
Normalised touch data is sent as instrument/touch/norm
Discretised touch is now sent as instrument/touch/disc
Added links to new documentation website for T-Stick
Added new Pure Data patch for testing signals with this firmware

Firmware tested on Sopranino and Alto T-Stick

Does this PR replaces #27 ? If not, it is better to merge that first and rebase before emerging this one.

@aburt2 , I would stop pushing changes to this branch as it is too big of a PR. Maybe you can branch it and create another PR to make review easier?
