Better touch sensing signals + minor signal changes #33

Added support for one additional trill craft board
Now sends raw Capsense data without discretization for trill board
Normalised touch data is sent as instrument/touch/normalised
Discretised touch is now sent as instrument/touch/discrete
Split battery signal into battery/percentage (battery percent) and battery/voltage (battery voltage)
Added new Pure Data patch for testing signals with this firmware

Firmware tested on Sopranino and Alto

I suggest that you avoid using abbreviations in OSC namespaces (e.g. "/disc" for "/discrete"). It makes signals less readable/understandable. Be verbose!

Changed the signal names to be more verbose, tested using the Alto T-Stick and Soprano T-Sticks with the OSC pure data patch
