Hi @growupmarketingdigital. How are you? I know this is a public project, but could you identify and let us know your interest in this project.

About bulk whatsapp messages, is not implemented yet; only a individual message development version. If you want to experiment, you'll have to open a Twilio account and add your keys as firebase env variables with the names described in line 5 and 6 of this file: https://github.com/IDN-Coronado/asambleas-votacion/blob/main/functions/index.js#L5
