Updates IAM Knowledge Sharing #3

Just starting to build out the knowledge sharing table of contents. I'll keep adding more detail and the team can let me know if I am on the right path here. More or less copying my own lists of resources that I have been curating since my recent promotion to Dir IAM.

Let me know if merging into master is ok, or you prefer a branch of master, etc.

Sorry for the delay - I missed the email from GitHub indicated there was a PR to work with. I can't seem to download the Word file to see what changes you made. If you email it to me, I can integrate the content.
