Add redirects for idr0138 and idro0158 #418

Add a download page redirect for idr0138 and idr0158.

Yes, when Name (IDR number) is selected, idr0138 and idr0158 are redirected on prod121 (idr-next). Happy for it to be deployed on prod120.

Deployed on prod120 manually
