Add note about aspera version #163

Add note that later versions than 3.9.6 of the aspera desktop client won't work yet, until EBI upgraded the server.

Petr apparently tested it successfully with a slightly newer version. But as EBI said they're still running version 3, it's probably best to stick to latest version 3 for now.

One minor comment, the desktop client section looks good otherwise.

Having questions about the aspera.cli section though. The walkthrough is claiming CLIENT SOFTWARE section, which I do not see at https://www.ibm.com/products/aspera/downloads - not sure what to download, and, additionally, my first download for Mac OS of "IBM Aspera Cargo" failed to install. Any ideas ? cc @sbesson
