This tries to shorten the path from Managed repo via symlink to fileset.zarr.

Did you have code somewhere to change the SUFFIX?

@joshmoore No, I just wanted to be able to edit theSUFFIX in one place. I chose mkngff as it's a better "namespace" if we want to find these images or have an idea what created the paths.
