Filtering feedback in QC tab #5

It would be nice to see how many (and which) tracks described in the QC tab are being filtered out prior to calculation of statistics. Perhaps a reason for filtering could also be added.

Numbers of filtered tracks and frames are being counted in process_experiments as of e14a9b3658cc38f3f802a82b1f8fe169f735e731. Still need to export them to the database and incorporate these measures in the QC tab.
