Add time to event statistics and figures for both between and within experiment tabs.

This is intractable. Problems:

split tracks give us a large number of left censored intervals.
Only a small number of tracks are contiguous from the top to bottom ledge. The total number of cells biases this result, because a large number of cells will result in more split tracks.
