Please make the plugin multilanguage #2

By default we accept only plugins in English, or multilanguage, as it happens with qgis-core. This will greatly increase acceptance and diffusion of your plugin. I'm available for help in translating the strings (.ts file), if necessary. Thanks.

Thanks for your proposition of help for translation. The plugin is now in multilanguage English/French.
