Combine the tools to the same webpage but in a nifty way #21

Could have like a "portal" index page that has tabs that go to each tool and future tools we add.

I updated the index page with the same header that was on lain's calculator. Looks good, might need to change the title at some point #

I think this is good for now and can be closed... for now.
