Caching usernames #1

Hi, I'm running Orchard 1.10.1.0 and I installed IDeliverables.Donuts once I realized that user-specific data wouldn't be cached with the OutputCache module. My website displays the Windows username and name of the authenticated user on the upper left corner on each page. Admittedly, I'm having a hard time understanding the guide (www.ideliverable.com/documentation/ideliverable-donuts/developer-guide). Where in the admin UI am I supposed to find the Vary By: Authentication State/Request Culture/Request URL/User option?

Also, installing IDeliverables.Donuts from the Gallery results in IDeliverables.Seo being installed instead.
