Goal

The goal of this PR is to remove alignscore api and local embeddings from the codebase since it is not needed anymore

Changes

Removed alignscore and local embeddings from optional components
Removed alignscore from tests and github action
Removed alignscore from docs
Removed the option to use align score for alignment scoring

How has this been tested?

Made sure the change didn't impact the functionalities
