Constant Die + Duplication Glitch #41

If I leave a chunk, and go back into the chunk, the NPC who died, keeps replaying the death. Also when a player of the NPC logs in, and kills his own NPC, he gets a duplicate of what he had before.

bukkit version? server version? plugin version? all plugins? logs?
