Tested locally and a few changes made #58

  1. Edited content of the website.
  2. In the sub-tab 'Facilities' the heading were aligned to the left. Made them center-align as was the case with the 'Fests' sub-tab.
  3. Couple of images deleted and text-alignment changed accordingly in place of the images.
