Github Action fails because test fails #22

It looks like the Github action for deploying the ontology fails because the "Test" step fails to run.

It looks like the ontology file itself is fine, but the step fails to execute correctly. It could be that we have an outdated Java VM on the server running the tests.

☠️ N.B. I have disabled the test step in the workflow.
