Run regular CI at DTU to bring the glossary into the taxonomy viewer #3

DTU operates a taxonomy / ontology viewer which will be used to host the glossary at https://data.windenergy.dtu.dk/ontologies/view/IEATask32Glossary/en/.

To avoid exposing passwords, etc. we need to set up a solution to pull the glossary file across to DTU on a regular basis.

This repository also includes webhooks that could be used to automate the process.

@niva83 - I've confirmed that we've got a functioning .ttl file using https://labs.sparna.fr/skos-play/upload with the alpha glossary file.

@niva83 I think we can close this now. Seems to be pushing to http://data.windenergy.dtu.dk/ontologies/view/ontolidar/en/ reliably.
