Updated ElastoDyn parameters according to specification document #3

Parameters modified: TipRad, Overhang, HubCM, NacMass, NacCMxn, NacCMzn, NacYIner, Twr2Shft, TowerHt, HubMass, HubIner, GenIner, YawBrMass.

Default ElastoDyn template used.

Hi Roger, there might be something going on with your file, as the git history is not preserved and it looks like that all 300+ lines changed. And that should not be the case. Could you please check what's going on? Thanks, Pietro

Hi Pietro, Yes. I had a problem with the ElastoDyn template uploaded. I have created a new Pull Request where only few lines changed and the git history is preserved. I close this Pull Request. Let me know if there is any problem with the new one. Thanks! Roger
