Update the hydro data and WAMIT input and output files of the U. Maine VolturnUS-S platform with the correct platform orientation. See issue #101.
The previous WAMIT model and potential-flow database have the platform backward (rotated 180 deg about the vertical axis). This issue is corrected in this pull request.
The WAMIT input files have also been reorganized into two separate directories with one for the first-order solution and the other for second order.
