Update AeroDyn input file for the next release of OpenFAST #107

This is a premature pull request getting ready for the next OpenFAST update.

Update to AeroDyn input file for compatibility with OpenFAST v3.3.0. This should allow things to run with the v3.3.0 release. Suggest squash merging since my branch has some reverted commits from when things diverged with the pull request from Lu.

This will be relevant for when OpenFAST v3.4 is released and we'll re-evaluate it then.
