OpenFAST input files not compatible with OpenFAST v3.0.0 #128

Description

The GitHub repo states that the OpenFAST input files provided are compatible with OpenFAST v3.0.0. However, the input files provided are in reality for older OpenFAST versions. image

Steps to reproduce issue

  1. Download OpenFAST v3.0.0: https://github.com/OpenFAST/openfast/releases/tag/v3.0.0
  2. Download the OpenFAST model for the IEA-15-240-RWT: https://github.com/IEAWindTask37/IEA-15-240-RWT
  3. Try to run: IEA-15-240-RWT-UMaineSemi

Hi @RBergua - Good timing. This was just mentioned in the prior Issue #127 too. I have edited the README on the develop side to remove this misguided statement and encourage users to look at the release notes.
