Purpose

This updates the OpenFAST input files to be consistent with version 3.4.1. There is also some cleanup of stale files and README information.

@dzalkind : This is a PR to master for a tagged release. What do you want to do about your upgrade to ROSO 2.7. Should we sort that out or leave it for the next iteration?
