Description

It has recently come to our attention that in the second-order WAMIT FRC file for UMaineSemi on the IEA repository, IOPTN(4) for first-order RAO is set to zero. This like means that the first-order RAO is not calculated and has no effect on the QTFs, which means the mass and stiffness matrices have no effect. We should try to rerun the second-order problem when we have the chance with IOPTN(4)=1.
