Prep for v1.1.5 release #142

Purpose

Round out the changes needed for a v1.1.5 release.

Included in this PR:

Release Notes comments
README update for DNV Bladed comments
Revert floating tower damping to 1%

Wiki entries also modified for structural damping and Bladed entries.
