CAD models all show anti clockwise rotation #155

Description

All CAD files in the below folder are modeled with blades intended to rotate anticlockwise. Convention is clockwise.

The CFD model in this folder is correct and mirror image of the top level CAD files.

Steps to reproduce issue

Import files into CAD software, I used Autodesk Inventor

Current behavior

Blade will rotate rotor anti clockwise

Expected behavior

Blade should rotate hub clockwise. Blade should be mirrored

Thanks for pointing this out. Those old CAD files had a number of inaccuracies and should have been labelled as "deprecated" a while ago. I have just done this. https://github.com/IEAWindTask37/IEA-15-240-RWT/tree/master/CAD
