Mass model frames of reference #194

Good morning, I was wondering which are the frames of reference used to compute the mass model descibed in the tabular data available at the last excel sheet. I'm guessing it corresponds to the tower top.

The columns that are labelled CoM_TT or MoI_TT are the center of mass and moment of inertia about the tower top centerline. The columns that are labelled MoI_CM are the moments on inertia about the individual components' center of mass.
