My colleague and me are just wondering if an environment.yml could make running things easier?

Hi again, this repository is intended to contain the model of the IEA 15MW RWT, which is described in terms of input files for frameworks such as OpenFAST, HAWC2, WISDEM, WEIS, Ansys, SolidWorks, and OrcaFlex. Others will likely follow. This is not a repository intended to compile any of these simulation models, nor to run the IEA15MW in these models. Please refer to the repositories of these models (the open source ones) when you want to run the model. If you are hoping to have some codes to run the model in OpenFAST, I'd recommend checking out WEIS here https://github.com/WISDEM/WEIS. Good luck! Regards, Pietro
