Expanding WAMIT input file sets to reflect 1st and 2nd order settings

Purpose

Updating the WAMIT input files in the repo to match the settings used to generate the current WAMIT data files (.1, .3, .12s, ,12d). This includes specifying the full 360 deg range of excitation headings for the first-order run, and adding a separate folder to contain the second-order run's input files.

Testing

We/I should try running WAMIT directly from these files at some point.

Yes, it looks like things are covered/contained in Lu's PR. This can be closed and I'll reset my fork.
