This PR updates the IEA schema in this repo using the latest from WISDEM develop. @fzahle @gbarter is WISDEM using anything that should not be copied here? I would like to update this ontology to then work to include lang-awaited features like chord wise tapered structural elements in blades and a more rigorous definition of the equivalent elastic properties of the blades, which for example misses a field for structural damping
