This PR adds electrical cabling definitions to the wind_farm schema. The schema was developed by @amirarasteh1990 and @kilojoules. @bayc added it to the wind_farm schema with some slight modifications, and also added a unit test for wind_farm that tests proper validation of a fully defined wind_farm object, as well as proper failure behavior if relevant components are missing.
