We agreed in the working group that we should add some documentation on the goals of the EYA DEF. That should include descriptions of what it is, what it is intended to be used for, who is intended to use it and what value it is expected to bring.
Since we have not started working on the proper documentation pages yet, we can initially keep this content in the README, and at the same time update the content in the IEC 61400-15-2 standard document.
