Refine naming convention in the schema to cover data availability: #33.
Include measurement station weights in the turbine wind resource assessment: #47.
Update README to include recommendation to use best practice for data integrity and security: #5.
Make a range of minor refinements to data models, which were outstanding from the schema review.

Hi @jonssonchristian, I am through the review. There is only one typo in the example of the README (year was not matching), other than that nice to read and interesting to see the new weighting set up.
