Create Team Profile page

Endpoint is /team-profile/ Should contain a form for teams to fill in their address (for delivery of hardware kits)

Will contain the following details:

• Team Name
• Passcode
• Leader, Member details
• Points
• Disqualified?
• Address (and form to update address)
• Update Team Name (only before Hackathon Starts)

Currently user pages are restricted to that user only (other users can't view your user page).
