SIG Pages #37

Import the existing SIG pages into Corpus. This includes the following SIG pages:

CompSoc
Diode
Piston
WiE
SIGHT

Notes:

Create new model for SIGs in the config app. Add fields for About Us and What We Do.
Display Core Post holders and Societies on the SIG Pages
Projects and Events will come in future milestones (Events in v0.2, Projects in v0.4)
