Add a License #25

We can decide a license to add for this project.

Since this project is open source, it is good to have a license to help fix what code ownership and responsibility looks like.

Process

  1. Decide on a License.
  2. On the Github online editor, navigate to repo code, and add new file.
  3. Set file name as LICENSE
  4. Using the online editor, select the choice from Step 1
  5. ???
  6. (No) Profit

BSD-Clause 3 seems to be a good license

Sounds good to me. We'll keep up this issue for some time, and others can give an input. In a week(?), we can close and apply the license that we can use.
