Membership Cost Table Restructuring #103

Minor Restructuring of the Membership Cost Table

  1. Due to the difference in costs of new memberships and renewals, new table column with separate costs have been made.
  2. Whenever the cost was 0, it's displayed as "Free!"
  3. Couple of pricing updates
  4. Removed a console.log in Avatar.js
