[x] Find Pictures for landing
[x] Images for mission/vision
[x] Text for achievements

For review:

[x] Other pages are broken due to removal of padding from App.js
- [ ] Make separate components that require padding or add this background for all pages.
[x] Maybe also accentuate appbar colours? It's transparency is blending with the animation
[ ] Get better images for what we do and achievements
[x] Make the landing page buttons actually navigate to page lmfao

Excellent background and I love the alignment changes. Let's fix these and complete this issue
