Add societies #90

I have added two new societies with current execom updates with alumni image updates. Banner for both the societies to be done shortly.

Also, I have added options in the drop-down menu for two new societies, Sensors Council and Circuits and Systems Society. I have created 2 new pages for the same with new routes. Small addition to AddEventDialog.js page for addition of new events from these new societies. I had merged execomChanges branch with this to get the updated images for the execom. (Big Mistake). Thus 132 file changes are image additions or deletions. Last 3 files are the additions. (Sorry) Requesting reviews @Prajwalprakash3722 , @chrisvrose .

That's a big diff, almost unreadable ☹️ Let's do this - change the target branch to execomChanges. This way we can review the changes in a sane way. When #88 is merged, we can change the target branch back to master
