Add societies #2 #91

I have added two new societies with current execom updates with alumni image updates. Banner for both the societies to be done shortly.

Also, I have added options in the drop-down menu for two new societies, Sensors Council and Circuits and Systems Society. I have created 2 new pages for the same with new routes. Small addition to AddEventDialog.js page for addition of new events from these new societies.

Edited PR as per @chrisvrose . Please review

I'm seeing lots of format changes, maybe it might be the effect of your default configuration in vscode, don't worry about it, we'll soon fix it for reference please see #89
