For example, this post link is missing the tilde: http://www-ee.eng.hawaii.edu/eesab/news/2014/10/14/anonymous-comments-launched.html
The "contact page" link in the same post content is also pointed at the wrong root: http://www-ee.eng.hawaii.edu/contact/

If I remember correctly, there is a specification for site root in _config.yml.
